Woke up after a ‘great’ nights sleep and saw two young deer walking across the campground. Not something you see in Iceland.

Nice little short day in the saddle despite high temperatures. The highest was 36°C (96 Fahrenheit).

Relatively flat through wide acres of different crops (not sure what kind).

Stayed with friends who gave us great food, beer, ice cream and most importantly were great fun. We got to properly wash our clothes, clean our bidons/bottles and charge our devices. Last but not least we got to witness an amazing sunset from their porch.
